Ingredients to make Zucchini spaghetti with garlic prawns:
- 360 grams of fresh or frozen peeled prawns
- 3 courgettes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chilli or cayenne
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 handful of Parmesan cheese to taste
How to make Zucchini Spaghetti with Garlic Prawns:
Gather all the ingredients needed to make the Zucchini Spaghetti.
Tip: Let the prawns defrost if they are not fresh.
Chop the garlic and fry them in the olive oil together with the chopped chilli over low heat. Do not let stir to avoid burning.
Once the garlic is well browned, add the peeled prawns and fry them for about 5 minutes. Season them to taste.
While the shrimp are cooking, start grating the zucchini using the appropriate utensil or just a fine grater. When they are ready, add the spaghetti to the shrimp.
