Tuna Crepes Recipe

Ingredients to make Tuna Crepes:

For 6 people:

  • For the dough: 250 gr. Of flour
  • 5dl milk
  • 5dl of water
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt

For the filling:

  • 150g tuna in oil
  • 250g canned mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 300 grams tomato puree
  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon of flour
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter

How to make Tuna Crepes:

Prepare the crepes by mixing the dough ingredients in the blender. Put a small knob of butter in a frying pan, add a ladleful of dough and brown it on both sides in the shape of an omelet. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished. Peel and chop the onion, celery and carrot.

Put it in a pan with a little oil and fry until tender, add half a tablespoon of flour and stir, add the wine, stir. Add the tomato puree, season with salt and pepper and add the thyme and celery. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Mix the drained tuna, the finely chopped mushrooms and a little tomato. Fill the crepes with this mixture and place them in a buttered dish. Put a little butter on top of the crepes and bake at 200º for about 15 minutes. Put the sauce on top.
