Stuffed Lettuce Recipe

Ingredients to make stuffed lettuce:

  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 500 grams frozen spinach
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to make stuffed lettuce:

Wash the lettuce leaves and boil them for 2 minutes with water and salt Remove them carefully and place them open on a clean, dry cloth. Clean and cut the mushrooms into slices and chop the garlic cloves. Boil spinach in salted water until tender. Drain them well.  Cook the rice in water with salt, oil and parsley. Fry half the garlic and spinach in a pan with oil. Reserve.

Add the rest of the garlic to the pan and fry the mushrooms until tender. Divide the spinach between the lettuce leaves. Put the mushrooms on top and finish with the rice. Drizzle the filling with soy sauce. Form the rollers and paint them with oil. Put them in a bowl and bake in the oven for about 4 minutes.
