- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 packages of spinach leaves boiled and drained
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper to taste
How to make Spinach and Cheese Dip:
The first thing we will do is cook the previously washed spinach leaves in a pot with boiling water and salt to taste. It is important that you do not cover the pot to prevent it from rusting. When the spinach is ready, drain and squeeze to remove excess water. Let them cool down.
Once cold, add them to the blender container and blend them together with the mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. If you don’t have a blender, you can also use a mixer to make your spinach dip.
