Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Serrano Ham Recipe

Sautéed mushrooms offer us a lot of play in the kitchen since we can prepare delicious and low-calorie dishes with which to take care of ourselves by eating in a rich way. Thanks to canned and frozen, we can enjoy mushrooms at any time of the year without having to wait exclusively for autumn. Ingredients to make Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Serrano Ham:

• 550 grams of mixed mushrooms

• 250 grams of mushrooms

• 125 grams of Serrano ham

• 2 eggs

• 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

• 1 dessert spoon of sweet smoked paprika

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 small glass of white wine

• 1 pinch of ground black pepper

• 2 cloves of garlic

How to make Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic and Serrano Ham:

We start by cleaning and dividing the mushrooms and mushrooms. We wish them well to remove the remains of earth, drain the water and reserve.

Tip: If we don’t find fresh mushrooms because it’s not in season, we can use scrambled eggs with frozen mushrooms or preserved in glass jars at a very good price.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic and chop it into small cubes. Put a splash of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, put it on the heat and add the garlic. Brown carefully so they don’t burn. Remove from the pan and reserve. In that same pan add the mushrooms and mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes. Meanwhile, we cut the Serrano ham into cubes and reserve.

Add to the pan a tablespoon of smoked paprika and a pinch of salt and a small glass of wine. Stir well and cook the mushrooms with ham over high heat, stirring frequently so that they do not burn. When the wine is practically evaporated, add the Serrano ham and the fried garlic, taste and if necessary adjust the salt.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil. When hot, crack the eggs and carefully drop them into the oil. We fry to our liking. We spread the garlic mushrooms with ham on the plates and put the egg on top, ready! Serve these sautéed mushrooms with garlic and ham with the fried egg on top and some good slices or breadsticks for dipping.
