• 2 frankfurter-type sausages
• 1 piece of cucumber
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 glass of tomato juice
• 2 ripe tomatoes without skin
• 1 purple onion
• 1 pinch of ground chili or black pepper
• 3 pinches of salt
• 1 tablespoon of ketchup
• 1 lemon (the juice)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make Sausage Ceviche:
Cut the sausages into slices and then each slice into four pieces if they are thick, if they are rather thin simply cut the slices in half.
Chop the red onion into not very small pieces. To do this, cut it first into slices and then in half.
