Ingredients to make Sausage Canapes:
For 4 people:
- 8 slices of sliced bread
- 8 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons foie gras or anchovy paste
- 8 sausages
- 40 grams of butter
How to make Sausage Canapes:
Toast the sliced bread. Mix the butter with the foie gras or anchovy paste and spread on the bread. Place the cheese slices on top.
Cut the bread in half and place the halved sausages lengthwise and place them on top of each piece of bread. Place the slices in a dish or put them in the oven until the cheese melts. Serve very hot.
