• 2 units of medium potatoes
• 3 units of sausages
• 1 tablespoon of mustard

How to make Salchipapas:
Wash the potatoes very well, peel them and cut them into short strips. Preheat the oil over medium-high heat in a saucepan or high skillet.
Wash the potato pieces with water and dry them very well with a paper towel or an absorbent cloth. It is important that they are well dry when frying them.
