Ingredients to make Tomato Ceviche with onion:
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 big white onion
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 splash of vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
How to make Tomato Ceviche with onion:
Mix tomato paste, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Stir well. Then add the chopped onions in not very large pieces and then the tomato without skin and chopped. Let keep overnight in the fridge. Serve with soda crackers, potatoes, rice, etc.
