Ingredients to make Migas with bacon and chorizo:
For 4 people:
- 500 grams of loaf breadcrumbs prepared the day before.
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 slices of bacon
- 100 grams homemade chorizo
- 6 tablespoons of oil
How to make Migas with bacon and chorizo:
Have a bread prepared the day before. Break it into crumbs and leave them wrapped in a damp cloth for at least 2 hours before putting them in the pan. Heat the oil and add the whole, peeled garlic cloves. Remove them and add the sliced chorizo.

Give it a few turns to release a little fat, add the slices of bacon, two of them cut into strips. Remove the ones that are whole and add the crumbs. Place the 2 slices of bacon and the chorizo slices on top when serving.
