Ingredients to make leek, bacon and cheese tart:
- 350 grams of leeks
- 150 grams of bacon
- 200 grams of gruyere cheese
- 200 grams of milk cream or cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 dough
How to make leek, bacon and cheese tart:
For cake chop the leeks and bacon. Grate the cheese coarsely. Beat the eggs with the cream and season to taste. Praise the leeks with the bacon (without adding other fat medium) once cooked, spread over the top of the dough, put the cheese on it, pour the eggs and cream mixture, bake until it is golden.
