This mixed sandwich au gratin in the oven is not wasted because it can be made easily and can be used as a starter, appetizer, tapa, or as a snack plate if you have guests at home or are celebrating an event.

Ingredients to make mixed sandwich au gratin in the oven:

• Béchamel sauce

• Sliced breads

• Sliced ham

• Sliced cheese

How to make mixed sandwich au gratin in the oven:

Grease mold with a little oil or a piece of butter where you want to bake the gratin sandwich with béchamel.

Place the loaves of bread in the oven source. You can choose the standard size ones or the ones that are a little bigger to make some really big baked mixed sandwiches.

Place a slice of ham and another of cheese on top, or more than one if you prefer. You can also try other ingredients to make the baked gratin sandwich. Place another piece of sliced bread on top of each one to cover it. Cover with béchamel sauce and bake the ham and cheese sandwiches in the oven at 180ºC. Serve the mixed sandwich au gratin baked with freshly made béchamel whole or cut in half.
