Ingredients to make Olive Pâté Canapés:
- 20 canapés
- 20 toast type melba
- 200 grams of black olives
- 1 small tender onion
- 1 pinch of fresh rosemary
- 1 pinch of fresh thyme
- Salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of olive oil wine
How to make Olive Pâté Canapés:
Leave the olives to macerate, along with the minced garlic, thyme, finely chopped onion, oil and rosemary. Leave it the longer the better, minimum three hours.
Then remove the bones from the olives and pass everything through the grinder. You have to serve it with toast type MELBA, which are the best.
