Ingredients to make Pincho peli:
- Mussels
- Leeks
- Tomatoes
- Carrot
- Onion
- Garlic
- Port wine
- White pepper
- Butter
- Tartlets
- Olive oil.
How to make Pincho movie:
Chop the leeks, carrots, onion, garlic and tomato and put them in a saucepan with butter and very hot oil. When it is almost done, add a small glass of Port, the pepper and the mussels.
Let it finish cooking and serve it in tartlets.
