Ingredients to make Peruvian Shrimp Ceviche:
- 1 kg clean and raw prawns, regular size
- Onion(s) 500 gr. red, thinly sliced
- Lime(s) 5
- Lemon(s) 5
- Oranges 4
- Ketchup sauce 2
- Tabasco
- Worcester
- White pepper
- Salt
How to make Peruvian Shrimp Ceviche:
Boil the prawns quickly. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the citrus juice. Salt to taste Season with a few drops of Worcester and Tabasco to taste of the desired spiciness, add the Ketchup and stir well. The prawns have to be covered by the juice. Let stand several hours in the refrigerator. Before serving add the onion slices. Serve with well-ripened avocados and beer.
