Ingredients to make Perigordine Sauce:
- 1 liter Madeira sauce (see Madeira sauce)
- 100 grams sliced truffles
- 1 teaspoon of butter
How to make Perigordine Sauce:
Bring the Madeira sauce to a boil in a pan, add the butter and sauté the truffles. Add them to the sauce once sautéed.
