Ingredients to make Paprika Dip:
- 1 red or ripe bell pepper
- 1 well of white vinegar
- 3 spoonfuls of sugar
- 1/2 red well of water
- 1 pot of cream cheese
- 250 grams of Parmesan cheese
How to make Paprika Dip:
Remove the cream cheese from its container and mix it with the Parmesan cheese. We put it in the mold that we want but lined with plastic to be able to unmold, we take it to the fridge for an hour, apart.
Cut 1/2 paprika into squares and the rest julienned. It is placed over low heat with the other ingredients.
When it is thick or melao, take it off the heat and let it cool; to sprinkle on top of cream cheese. Served with toast or crackers.
