- 1kg fresh mushroom
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons consommé powder
- Salt
- 6 u. pasilla chilies, roasted and deveined
- 6 clove garlic finely chopped
How to make Mushrooms with Adobo of Chile Pasilla and Garlic:
The mushrooms are washed and sliced. Melt the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms. When they are a little soft, add the pasilla chili, which will have been soaked in hot water (a quarter of a cup) and ground with a slice of onion. Add the broth and salt to taste. This stew is excellent to accompany roast meats.
