• 2 small pots of lactose-free cooking cream

• 1 package of bacon without lactose or gluten

• 2 eggs

• 1 package of dairy-free cheese

• Gluten free puff pastry

• Ground black pepper

• Salt

How to make Quiche without gluten or lactose:

Take all the ingredients and gather them to start making the quiche without dairy. Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them a bit. Cut the bacon into strips. Add the other ingredients of the lactose-free quiche and mix them evenly. Stretch the puff pastry in the base of a quiche mold. You can also make this homemade gluten-free quiche dough recipe if you prefer instead of buying it. And pour the ingredients inside. Bake the gluten-free quiche at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes up and down. Take the gluten-free and lactose-free quiche out of the oven and wait for it to cool before unmolding.
