Ingredients to make marlin tacos:
- About 250 grams. raw marlin
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 slice manchego cheese
How to make marlin tacos:
Cook the Marlin in water with onion, garlic and bay leaf. Once cooked, shred it finely and reserve. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and then fry the onion, since it is transparent add the Marlin and let it take on color, once this is done add the tomato puree and salt and pepper and add the Manchego cheese, incorporating it into the mixture, turn off the fire and serve with flour tortillas.
