Ingredients to make Light Tuna Empanadas:
- 2 onions
- 1 dozen empanada tapas
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 eggs salt
- Pepper
How to make light tuna empanadas:
Chop the onions, the garlic, and the red pepper, very small, fry them in oil, until they are well browned. Add the tuna, season to taste.
Boil the eggs and chop them, add them to the tuna…and fill the empanadas. Olive lovers can add them! And if they like them golden, paint them with an egg.
