Ingredients to make Tuna Stuffed Potatoes:
- 4 potatoes
- 2 small cans of tuna in oil
- 1 can of fried tomato
- 1 bag of grated cheese
How to make Tuna Stuffed Potatoes:
We cook the potatoes whole and with skin to start preparing the recipe. The number of potatoes and their size will depend on the number of guests, so you can adapt this without problems.
When they are cooked, remove the skin from the potatoes very carefully so as not to burn ourselves.
We empty the potatoes with the help of a spoon. When doing this step, it is important to be careful to prevent the potato from breaking, since then we will not be able to fill them later.
We prepare the filling. To do this, put the potato that we have removed in the previous step in a bowl, add the drained tuna, a few tablespoons of fried tomato and a little grated cheese. We mix it all up.
Trick: We can make the potatoes stuffed with tuna by adding more ingredients to taste, such as chopped onion.
