- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can of crushed tomato
- 3 cans of tuna
- 1 red bell pepper

Wash the aubergines well and cut them into slices that are not too thin, but not too thick either. Fry them on both sides in a frying pan with a good splash of oil until golden brown. Booking.
