We start the recipe for stuffed tomatoes by preparing the Russian salad. If it is frozen, we cook it with plenty of water and a little salt. If you buy it cooked, you will already have this step.

Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, let them cool, peel them and reserve them to continue with the preparation of the tomatoes stuffed with tuna without oven. Prepare the mayonnaise with a squeeze of lemon and reserve it in the fridge.

Empty the tomatoes removing the seeds. We can carry out this step by cutting the top and removing the pulp with a small spoon.

Now, we prepare the tomato filling. To do this, in a bowl we put the salad that we have already cooked and let drain. Add the chopped boiled eggs, the tuna and mix it with the mayonnaise. If we want, we can also add the tomato pulp.

Wash some lettuce leaves and place them at the base of a bowl. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture of salad, tuna and mayonnaise.

Leave them in the fridge until serving time. When we go to taste them, we place them on the lettuce leaves and leave the tomato tops aside, since everything is used here! Ready to eat! These tomatoes stuffed with tuna without oven are a delicacy that is easy to make, quick and economical.
