- 4 ostrich prey
- 4 orange juice
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup ground yellow pepper
- 1 onion to the pen
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

How to make Hot Ostrich Ceviche:
Marinate the pieces with salt, pepper and orange juice for 2 hours.
