- 4 cans of Tuna
- 1 cup of wheat flour (140 grams)
- 2 tablespoons of dry wine
- 3 tablespoons of dehydrated onion
- 1 bar of butter
- 1 can of evaporated milk

- 1 unit of beaten egg
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
How to make homemade tuna croquettes:
Melt a stick of butter over low heat, then add a cup of wheat flour little by little. Once this has been incorporated, very slowly add a can of light evaporated milk. This must be done very slowly until a homogeneous mass is achieved that detaches from the container. To that measure I put 4 cans of light bald tuna and knead until everything is well united.
Add the wine, the dehydrated onion and mix well. It is put in the fridge and after about two hours it is kneaded to give them shape and then they are breaded to fry and they like it. You can serve the delicious homemade tuna croquettes with a sauce such as sweet onion.
