Ingredients to make Homemade Pate with Chickpeas:
- 1/4 liter chickpea puree
- 200 grams pate
- A handful of capers
- A sprig of parsley
- 8 slices of toasted bread
How to make Pate with homemade chickpeas:
Serve the chickpea puree (which you will have prepared by cooking and then mashing them) in the bottom of a plate. Place two slices of pâté on top and garnish with some pickled capers and some parsley leaves. Serve accompanied by slices of toasted bread.
