- 5 kg of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of liquid cream
- 1 glass of sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 75 grams of butter
- 1 sachet of gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon of pepper

How to make Homemade Mushroom Pate:
Wash the mushrooms, dry them and chop them very finely, chop the onion also very finely. Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of cold water and let it rest for 4 minutes. Boil 2 glasses of water separately. Remove it from the heat and pour it over the dissolved gelatin. Stir and let it cool down, but without letting it set.
In a pan with butter, brown the onion, add the mushrooms and sauté until the liquid evaporates. Season.
Put the mushrooms in a bowl, add the cream, the sherry wine, the parsley and blend with the electric mixer. Adjust salt. Pour the mixture into a mold and smooth the surface. When the gelatin begins to thicken, pour it over the mould. Put in the fridge about 2 hours before serving. Serve with toast and butter.
