Ham and cheese rolls are a delight to prepare a quick dinner that you will really like. Who doesn’t like hot ham and cheese? • 12 slices of York ham

• 12 slices of sliced cheese

• 1 egg

• 100 grams of breadcrumbs

• 1 glass of oil

How to make Ham and Cheese Rolls:

We prepare the ingredients to start making the York ham and cheese rolls. Put the breadcrumbs in one bowl and the beaten egg in another. We put the slices of ham on a board and on top of each one we will put a slice of cheese. Roll up the ham and cheese rolls. Pass the York ham and cheese rolls through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Put a frying pan with the glass of oil over medium heat and when it is hot, fry the breaded ham and cheese rolls on all sides, turning them until they are golden brown.

Tip: If you prefer, you can make the ham and cheese rolls in the oven to make them healthier and lighter.

We put a plate with kitchen paper and when the rolls are ready we take them out and put them on the paper to absorb all the oil. And the ham and cheese rolls will be ready. You can accompany them with other appetizers or tapas such as baked meat dumplings or eggs stuffed with tuna and surimi.
