- Hard-boiled egg
- Anchovies in oil
- Mayonnaise
How to make Skewers Azpeiti:
The bread is spread with mayonnaise and two slices of egg are placed on top. Place two anchovy fillets on top of the egg and garnish with mayonnaise in half. Finally, the Pincho is sprinkled with grated egg as a decoration.
