Ingredients to make assorted appetizers:
- 40 gr. sausage, sliced
- 40 gr. salami, cut into slices
- 1 egg, boiled and sliced
- 125 gr. canned sardines, drained
- A piece of cucumber (cucumber) of 4 cm. chopped
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt, without sweetener
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large tomato cut into slices
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 potato, boiled, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon carrot, grated
- 1 tablespoon thick mayonnaise
- 50 gr. thinly sliced mushrooms
How to make assorted hors d’oeuvres:
Tastefully portion out and arrange overlapping slices of sausage and salami; boiled egg and sardines. Chopped cucumber mixed with yogurt, salt and pepper to taste; tomato sprinkled with chopped onions; potato and carrot with mayonnaise. Seasoned mushroom slices for 30 minutes with the French dressing. Garnish the dishes with watercress and accompany them with black bread and butter. If you want it to serve as a main dish, increase the quantities.
