Ingredients to make anchovy cream:

  • 400 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of anchovies
  • ½ glass of milk

How to make anchovy cream:

In a blender glass we put the cheese, the can of anchovies with the oil and the half glass of milk. We crush everything and rectify the flavor (more salt or a little pepper, according to taste). Once the cream is formed, we store it in the fridge so that the anchovy cream is fresh when serving it.

This cream is ideal for spreading toasted bread with olive oil and fresh tomato, fresh lettuce leaves or endive leaves, which will give a special touch to salads.
