Ingredients to make Spiced Cinnamon Banana Smoothie:

  1. 4 frozen bananas
  2. 750 milliliters of oat milk
  3. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
  5. ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  6. 1 piece of fresh ginger
  7. ½ teaspoon ground anise seeds
  8. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Cinnamon Spiced Banana Smoothie:

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender jar.
  • Beat the ingredients at high speed until they are well integrated
  • Pour the Banana Cinnamon Spiced Chai Smoothie into glasses and serve. As an option I have decorated it with mango flavored coconut flakes.
