- 2 medium sour sop
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 500 milliliters of water
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 splash of vanilla (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)

- Cut the guanabanas in half, separate the pulp from the peel and cut it into small pieces to make it easier to remove the seeds.
- Add the pulp along with the water, ice and milk to the blender.
