- 1 cup soy milk
- 4 bananas
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
How to make Smoothie for after training:
- Peel the bananas and carrots and chop all the fruit and vegetables.
- Place the bananas, carrots, celery, ginger, coconut sugar and peanut butter in the blender jar, and pour the soy milk inside. Blend all the ingredients well until you get a smooth smoothie without lumps.
- Serve the post-workout smoothie in a freshly made glass or Mason jar.
