Ingredients to make Sake Japanese liquor:

  1. 1 cup of Alcohol
  2. 1 cup of rice
  3. ½ liter of water

How to make Sake Japanese liquor:

  • Wash the rice with cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Then let it rest for 5 more minutes, place only the rice water in a pot and boil until bubbles and foam appear.
  • Change the container, completely eliminate the foam that the water has and place it for 4 days in a place of fermentation.
  • After fermentation, alcohol to taste can be added to the sake.
  • Japanese sake is usually drunk hot.
