Ingredients to make Macedonian Smoothie:
- 2 peaches in syrup
- 2 bananas
- 2 kiwis
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup of currant
- some ice cubes
- 1 glass of water
How to make Macedonian Smoothie:
- Peel the bananas and kiwis and cut them together with the peaches into pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the raspberries and currants (reserve some currants and a slice of kiwi for garnish). Blend everything well with the help of a blender. Add the water, honey and two or three ice cubes and continue beating.
- Place it in some glasses or glasses, decorating it with some slices of kiwi and some currants. Serve it accompanied by a straw. Dish especially recommended for people with constipation, cholesterol problems or hypertension. Obese people, with kidney failure or diabetics should consume it in moderation.
