Ingredients to make Limonchelo:

  • 1 liter of rectified alcohol
  • 180gr and lemon zest
  • 2 liters of water
  • 800g of sugar

How to make Lemoncello:

  1. Peel lemons until obtaining 180g of peel, if possible peel finely without including the white part.
  2. Put the liter of alcohol in a bottle with the lemon peels and leave for a week.
  3. After this time we have to make a light syrup with water and sugar.
  4. Mix and bottle.
  5. Wait at least a week to take, the more the better.
  6. Consume natural or cold which is spectacular.
