Ingredients to make Limonchelo:
- 1 liter of rectified alcohol
- 180gr and lemon zest
- 2 liters of water
- 800g of sugar
How to make Lemoncello:
- Peel lemons until obtaining 180g of peel, if possible peel finely without including the white part.
- Put the liter of alcohol in a bottle with the lemon peels and leave for a week.
- After this time we have to make a light syrup with water and sugar.
- Mix and bottle.
- Wait at least a week to take, the more the better.
- Consume natural or cold which is spectacular.
