Ingredients to make Serrano Ham Canapés:
- 5 slices of sliced bread
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 slices of Serrano ham (thin)
- Jelly
- Spun egg to decorate
How to make Serrano Ham Canapés:
Undo the butter and spread it on the slices of bread. Undo the gelatin in water. Put the Serrano ham on top of each slice of bread and spread with the gelatin using a brush. Put the slices with the ham in the fridge for 5 minutes.
Remove the slices and trim the edges cut from peak to peak, removing four triangles from each slice. Decorate with the spun egg.
