  • 4 units of Cheese
  • 130 grams of bell pepper or piquillo pepper
  • 2 cans of sardines in oil

Next, place the cheeses and peppers in the Thermo mix glass and program it for 2 minutes at a temperature of 40ºC on speed 4. Then add the sardines, very well drained, to the Thermo mix glass so that there is no excess oil, and blend everything again at speed 4 for 30 seconds.

Trick: If the cheeses are not crushed well, put the butterfly on the blades and program 20 more seconds at speed 4 and you will have a homogeneous cream.
