Ingredients to make Roquefort Pate with Thermomix:

  • 100 grams of liquid cream for cooking
  • 300 grams of Roquefort or blue cheese
  • 300 grams of Philadelphia type cream cheese
  • 100 grams of Nine, hazelnuts and almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Roquefort pate with Thermomix:

Chop to taste at speed 3, 1 or 2 seconds the nuts, remove and reserve. Put the cheeses in the machine together with the liquid cream, salt and pepper, put the basket inside the machine and mix everything at speed 3-5-7 for a few seconds, until a homogeneous paste is formed. Remove and mix with the spatula with the nuts, put in a container and put in the fridge. Serve cold accompanied by cookies, toast, or sticks. Perfect to drink with a beer. I hope you like it.
