Ingredients to make Rice and Spinach Sandwiches:
- 2 t cooked rice
- 1 t spinach boiled
- Parsley garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 4 c grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 egg
- flour
- 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
How to make Rice and Spinach Snacks:
Place the rice, spinach, grated cheese, chopped garlic and parsley, thyme, the tablespoons of flour, season with salt and pepper and finally the beaten egg in a bowl, mix well and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then we put together sandwiches giving a round or elongated shape, pass it through egg and then through breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
