How to make Bacon and Leek Quiche:
For this leek quiche, the first thing you should do is get all the ingredients ready. The leek onion should be cut into julienne strips. Stretch the dough on a flat surface with flour and then cover the tart pan and bake at 170ºC for 10 minutes. Separately, in a saucepan over low heat, cook the bacon cut into julienne strips. Sauté the onion leek with the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and a little salt and pepper to taste. Unite both mixtures, the egg mixture with the leek and bacon mixture and stir well. Place this mixture on the cake and bake at 170ºC for 10 more minutes or until hard. Serve and taste this delicious leek and bacon quiche with gluten-free dough.
