How to make Liver Pate with Thermomix:
Marinate the chicken livers in the brandy, preferably overnight. It is important that these are very clean and that they are only livers and do not include hearts or lungs.
Put the butter and oil in the glass together with the onion, bacon, bay leaf, pepper, cloves and salt. Program the Thermomix for 3 minutes with temperature 100º and speed 3. Then add the remaining ingredients with the well-drained livers and 2 tablespoons of brandy or port. Shred 30 seconds at speeds 5-7-9 progressively.
Once you have obtained a homogeneous purée, clean with the spatula what was on the walls of the glass and program 6 minutes, temperature 80º speed 4. After this time, program the Thermomix again for 15 more seconds at speed 8 and help yourself with the spatula, as it is very thick. If you like it pinker, leave the Thermomix working for longer. Finally, empty the pâté in a glass dish and decorate to taste.
