- ½ cup of rice
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 package of sliced ham
- 1 cup of flour (140 grams)
- 1 unit of Egg
How to make Ham Rolls with Rice:
To make this quick and easy recipe you can use leftover rice from another dish or cook a new one in a traditional way. You can use any type of rice. Mix the rice with the can of tuna and season to taste. Mix well until everything is proportionally integrated. Then, spread this mixture over the slices of ham, roll up and close the ham rolls by passing through a pair of wooden toothpicks at the ends.
Separately, prepare a bowl with a little flour and another with the beaten egg. Pass the rolls through flour, then through the egg and again through flour. Repeat this process with all the ham and rice rolls.
Finally, fry the pieces of ham in a pan with plenty of hot oil. Wait for them to brown a little and drain with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot and accompany the delicious ham rolls with rice with a pink sauce or bacon mayonnaise. You can also use the ham rolls as a garnish for other dishes such as garlic chicken.
