Ingredients to make Provençal Mushrooms:
- 500 grams of sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
- 1 unit of white onion
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 5 grams of fresh parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 glass of white wine
How to make Provençal Mushrooms:
The first step to make our mushroom recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. Take a skillet over medium heat, once hot add a little olive oil and add the white onion in very fine squares. Sauté very well until the onion takes on a transparent tone.
