How to make potato and ham croquettes:
Make a rich puree with the potatoes, add butter, nutmeg, paprika, garlic and parsley, grated cheese, chopped ham and season and mix well. For this preparation to go well, we have to take it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so that it cools down and we can assemble the croquettes well. Once cold, we give them an elongated shape, pass them through beaten egg and then through breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
