Ingredients to make Peanut Ball:
- 1 package of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 can of 12 ounces of jamonilla (luncheon meat)
- 1 small minced onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 61/2-ounce can of peanuts
How to make Peanut Ball:
Beat all ingredients A in a blender or food processor and pour into a glass or porcelain container. Place in the freezer (freezer) until it hardens or takes consistency to be able to shape it into a ball. Remove from the freezer and form a ball.
Grind the peanuts, it can be with the mortar or with the food processor. Mix the peanuts in the ball and place in the fridge. Serve it cold accompanied by sweet or salty cookies. You can decorate with a strawberry or cherries on top.
