- 300g mushrooms
- 100g elvers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Salt
- White wine
- Olive oil
- 1 chili pepper

Put a splash of olive oil in the pan and brown the sliced garlic, once they are golden, add the sliced mushrooms, then the eels, salt, chicken broth and the quidilla, all of this is sautéed for two minutes and finally a dash of white wine and let the wine evaporate for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
