Ingredients to make Mushroom Wine Sauce:
- 1 can of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup of wine
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
How to make Mushroom Wine Sauce:
In a pan, mix the olive oil, butter and onion, cook for a minute then add the cup of wine and mix. Add the milk cream and mushrooms and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens. It can be used on meat, pasta and salads.
